Qualifications

• Understanding of wired and wireless networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with image deployment tools for Microsoft and Apple devices.
• Operational knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• IT qualifications equivalent to CompTIA A+ or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support with fast issue resolution.
• Maintain and troubleshoot desktop and mobile devices and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot printing, scanning, AV equipment, and interactive displays.
• Assist with image build and deployment for Microsoft and Apple devices.
• Support users with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace apps.
• Document requests and actions in the IT ticketing system.
• Collaborate with remote IT teams and share best practices.
