Job summary
Post Office Ltd is seeking a CViT Shift Manager for our East of England operations, based in Norwich. You will lead a frontline team, manage daily site operations, and drive improvements while ensuring safety and compliance. The role requires a driving licence and CPC/SIA qualifications where applicable.
You’ll report to the Regional Ops Manager and contribute to delivering excellent customer service across Post Office sites. Competitive salary plus a strong benefits package awaits.
Qualifications
- Line management experience of a frontline team.
- Strong numeracy with ability to produce reports and drive improvements.
- UK driving licence is required.
- CPC qualification is desirable.
- SIA licence required before starting the role.
- O Licence or willingness to sit the O Licence exam.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a frontline team on site.
- Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery.
- Open and close the site and monitor KPI performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and legal regulations.
- Provide operational reports and drive continuous improvement.
