The role requires a PCV/Cat D licence, confidence with IT, strong customer service experience and a full driving licence. You’ll work across both sites with a focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork, supporting SPS values.

Qualifikationen

• PCV/Cat D Licence required.
• Confident with IT and able to use tracking/scheduling systems.
• Experience in customer service or complaint handling.
• Willing to work 24/7 shifts and flexible hours.
• Must have a full driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Promote safety and positive behaviour on-site.
• Manage daily scheduling, driver allocation, and vehicle issues.
• Handle customer queries and manage queues.
• Oversee bus stands and secure gate areas.
• Record passenger data and shift information accurately.
• Support SPS values and teamwork across operations.
