Job summary

Ainscough is seeking a customer-focused Coordinator in Standish, Wigan, onsite to be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and to guide them toward the right lifting solution.

You will build relationships with new and existing customers, understand their requirements, and prepare quotations. The role involves coordinating with depots and multiple teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, contact centre, or sales support environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and provide timely responses.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers and understand their requirements.
• Prepare quotations and manage enquiries from initial contact to order.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Operations, Finance and depots to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Manage enquiries in line with SLAs and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Proactively look for ways to improve the customer experience.
