Job summary

Williams Environmental in West Thurrock is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our on-site facility. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, respond to inquiries, and coordinate service bookings for hazardous waste management services.

You will manage calls and emails, update records, support issue resolution, and work with operations to maintain safety and compliance. Previous customer service or administrative experience, strong communication, and familiarity with CRM
