Job summary
CSG is an established UK environmental company seeking a role to coordinate the safe, compliant delivery of environmental and waste services at a Gloucester site. You will lead a small team, manage daily priorities and ensure high service standards.
The candidate will oversee hazardous waste, compliance records, contractor coordination and customer contact, with training provided. 40 hours per week, on-site, with development opportunities and a bonus scheme.
Qualifications
- Experience in waste management or environmental services.
- Practical, organised and able to manage people and priorities.
- Strong understanding of compliance and safe working practices.
- Attention to detail with accurate record-keeping.
- Willingness to undertake role-specific training.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate safe, compliant delivery of environmental and waste services.
- Organise daily priorities for a small operational team.
- Oversee waste, recycling and hazardous waste storage and movements.
- Maintain accurate compliance and tracking records.
- Coordinate approved contractors and service providers.
- Act as day-to-day customer contact and resolve issues.
- Identify improvements in safety, compliance and service delivery.
- Complete hazardous waste classification with required training.
