Job summary

Safetykleen in Southampton is seeking a hands-on Route Waste Technician to visit customers daily, collect and exchange non-hazardous, low-hazardous and hazardous waste streams, and help customers stay compliant. You'll be supported by a friendly local branch team and receive training toward ADR licence progression.

Qualifications

• Clean UK driving licence required.
• Class 2 licence required.
• Enjoy being out on the road and meeting customers.
• No waste experience needed; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend 9–11 site visits daily removing and exchanging waste streams.
• Load and unload drums and containers onto and from your vehicle.
• Be out on the road meeting customers across diverse industries.
• Liaise with Branch Manager and customers to solve requirements.
• Use hand-held tablets and CRM to manage route and workload.

Job Role
