Job summary

Staffline is seeking an Onsite Coordinator in Huntingdon for a chocolate factory client. This is a full-time, temporary, ongoing role with the potential for permanent placement. The position pays £13.24 per hour with a 06:00am – 02:00pm shift, Monday to Friday, plus additional days as needed by the business.

Applicants must have their own transport to commute to the site. The role includes onboarding, signing in workers, daily payroll, and ensuring compliance and a positive worker experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is required.
• Good written and spoken English is required for this role.
• Must have reliable transport to travel to the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Registering and inducting new starters on site and briefing workers on procedures and safety.
• Signing in workers prior to shifts.
• Fulfilling daily bookings for client orders and coordinating worker placements.
• Maintaining a visible presence on the shop floor and addressing operational issues.
• Handling high inbound and outbound call volumes and payroll on a daily/weekly basis.
• Managing admin processes such as change requests and absences and ensuring compliance records.
