Job summary

Job&Talent in United Kingdom is seeking an On Site Coordinator in Redruth to support a leading food production company. You will manage worker bookings, monitor hours, and handle daily check-ins and queries to ensure smooth operations.

The role runs Monday to Friday with a start at 05:30 and finish at 14:30, paying 13.50 GBP per hour. Full training is provided and there are opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage worker bookings daily in line with client requirements.
• Ensure worker hours are recorded and inputted into the internal payroll system accurately.
• Handle daily check-ins, manage absences, and conduct return-to-work interviews.
• Oversee attendance, performance, and conduct disciplinary procedures.
• Address colleague queries and ensure compliance in all areas.
