Job summary

Magna Specialist Confectioners Ltd is seeking production operatives to operate chocolate molding machinery, monitor product quality, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. You will collect data and support the line to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers day and night shifts, transport from Wolverhampton to site (charged), free parking, holiday pay, and a reference scheme as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain chocolate molding machinery to exacting standards.
• Monitor and ensure product quality through regular checks of print and packaging.
• Maintain pristine equipment conditions and workspace cleanliness.
• Collect and report operational data as required.
• Support production line activities when needed.
• Implement safe working practices and maintain health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
