Job summary

Staffline is seeking an Onsite Coordinator in Huntingdon for a chocolate factory client. This is a full-time, temporary, ongoing role with the potential for permanent placement. The position pays £13.24 per hour with a 06:00am – 02:00pm shift, Monday to Friday, plus additional days as needed by the business.

Applicants must have their own transport to commute to the site. The role includes onboarding, signing in workers, daily payroll, and ensuring compliance and a positive worker experience.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role is required.
Good written and spoken English is required for this role.
Must have reliable transport to travel to the workplace.

Responsibilities

Registering and inducting new starters on site and briefing workers on procedures and safety.
Signing in workers prior to shifts.
Fulfilling daily bookings for client orders and coordinating worker placements.
Maintaining a visible presence on the shop floor and addressing operational issues.
Handling high inbound and outbound call volumes and payroll on a daily/weekly basis.
Managing admin processes such as change requests and absences and ensuring compliance records.

Great opportunity to work in Huntingdon as an Onsite Coordinator at our prestigious client's chocolate factory. It is a full‑time, temporary, ongoing role with the potential for permanent placement. The rate of pay is £13.24 per hour. Shift pattern is Monday to Friday, with additional days once required by the business. Hours of work are 06:00am – 02:00pm. Candidates must have access to their own vehicle or reliable transport to travel to and from the workplace.

Your Time at Work

Registering and inducting new starters on site, ensuring all required documentation is completed and workers are fully briefed on site procedures, health and safety requirements, and company expectations.
Signing in workers prior to their shift.
Fulfilling daily bookings in line with client order requirements in a timely manner (booking candidates for work on a daily basis).
Maintaining a visible presence on the shop floor, providing support to workers and addressing any operational issues.
Handling high inbound and outbound call volumes.
Completing payroll on a daily/weekly basis.
Dealing with any worker queries (including pay queries) quickly and efficiently.
Being responsible for administration processes such as change requests and absences.
Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes.
Providing a positive customer experience.
