Job summary

Built is seeking a hands-on Construction Manager to support the Site Manager with day-to-day coordination and supervision of construction activities. You will help keep the project safe, organised and moving to programme, working closely with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team to deliver quality outcomes.

You will coordinate trade interfaces, drive health and safety standards, monitor progress and quality, and ensure effective communication to resolve site issues and achieve

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction coordination experience on building projects.
• Qualifications in Building, Construction or Engineering.
• Strong planning, organisation and communication skills with proactive issue resolution.
• Appropriate health and safety qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities and trade interfaces to the programme.
• Support health, safety and environmental culture and address risks early.
• Monitor progress, site logistics and upcoming works, escalate issues and keep delivery on track.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and consultants to confirm readiness and maintain communication.
• Perform quality checks and support defects resolution for a high-quality handover.
