Job summary

Built is seeking a Construction Manager to support the Site Manager in coordinating day-to-day construction activities and supervising delivery on site. You will work with subcontractors, consultants and the project team to deliver quality outcomes.

You will help maintain safety, programme adherence and effective communication across trades, ensuring readiness and high-quality handover. This role requires hands-on site leadership and practical problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating delivery on building projects.
• Qualifications in Building, Construction or Engineering.
• Practical understanding of site operations, methodology, programme coordination and QA.
• Ability to build productive relationships with site teams, subcontractors and consultants.
• Strong planning, organisation and communication skills with proactive risk management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities and interfaces in line with the construction programme.
• Support health, safety and environmental standards on site.
• Monitor progress, site logistics and upcoming works, escalating issues.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and consultants to ensure readiness and resolve site issues.
• Complete quality checks and assist with defects resolution and handover.
