Guidant Global in Belfast is seeking an experienced Building & Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high‑value, site‑based construction projects. This client‑side role offers ownership from feasibility through handover in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery, while driving budgets and adherence to milestones on a 12‑month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client-side construction projects.
• Understanding of the full construction lifecycle.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Translate client briefs into construction scopes.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of construction projects.
• Develop and manage delivery plans and CAPEX cases.
• Direct multi-disciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
• Control budgets and resources.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Maintain health and safety standards.
