Qualifications

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of major CAPEX projects.
Coordinate design, tendering and contractor procurement.
Manage CDM compliance, environmental permits and internal governance.
Oversee onsite works, contractor performance and interface management.
Control budgets, forecasting and VOWD reporting.
Drive stage-gate reviews and present progress updates to senior stakeholders.
Manage pre-construction documentation, RAMS, CPP and change control.
Oversee commissioning, training and structured handover.
