Thames Water is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to run end-to-end CAPEX projects across operational sites and estates. The role involves scoping, tendering, contractor procurement, site setup, inductions, and HSE compliance, with handover to operations teams.

You will manage multiple live projects, coordinate with operations and contractors, and ensure value-for-money while maintaining CDM and industry standards.

Qualificações

• Engineering background in Civil or Mechanical disciplines.
• Strong coordination with internal teams, sites and contractors.
• Self-motivated with initiative to deliver high-quality work.
• Understanding of Health and Safety, CDM regulations, RAMS and CPP processes.
• Experience in Construction or Engineering Project Management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and deliver a portfolio of Mechanical, Electrical and ICA projects (£100k–£1M each).
• Oversee scoping, tendering, procurement, site setup and inductions.
• Ensure projects comply with health and safety standards and CDM regulations.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to meet on-time scheme delivery.
• Forecast costs, report on value of work done (VOWD).
• Handover completed projects including documentation and manuals.
