Job summary

Recruita is seeking an experienced Onsite Account Manager in Northampton. You will manage one Account Coordinator, conduct face-to-face meetings to accurately balance supply and demand, and report weekly figures. You must have your own vehicle and be able to drive.

Salary is £35k DOE plus bonus, with potential involvement at a second site during low demand periods. Successful candidates will engage across levels, demonstrating strong communication and organisational skills to proactively manage

• Proven ability to provide temporary recruitment solutions.

Job description

Are you an experienced and driven Onsite Account Manager with strong knowledge around providing your client with temporary recruitment solutions. Providing a first class service to this key account is key. You will manage one Account Coordinator to aid the delivery and do face to face meetings to understand supply and demand, problem solve and ensure accurate figures are reported each week. The temp numbers are around 120 at the moment and may fluctuate throughout the year. At lower demand times, you may get involved with a second site (separate client) nearby.

If you are fully aware of all processes and can hit the ground running, we would like to hear from you. The salary on offer is £35k DOE plus bonus. You MUST drive and have access to your own vehicle. A strong ability to communicate at all levels, with key organisational skills are essential, as is your ability to positive manage your colleague's activity - to proactively work well together.
