Job summary

Green Recruitment Company is seeking Onshore Installation Technicians for wind turbine installation projects across Europe. This contract role supports fast-moving campaigns with ongoing mobilisations and a typical duration of 3-6 months, with rotation options.

The rate is €28-34 per hour, with eligibility limited to UK & EU nationals. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in wind energy, OEM turbine installation experience, and holds GWO BST and related safety certifications.

Qualifications

GWO BST and related safety certifications required.
Experience with wind turbine installation and onshore projects.
Ability to read OEM manuals, lifting plans and work instructions.
Familiarity with torqueing and tensioning procedures.
Understanding of permit-to-work / lockout-tagout procedures.
Strong HSE compliance and safe systems of work.

Responsibilities

Support onshore wind turbine installation from assembly to mechanical completion.
Install major turbine components: towers, nacelles, hubs, blades, internal systems.
Work with crane operations and heavy lifting activities.
Adhere to OEM specifications and quality documentation requirements.
Read installation manuals and lifting plans to execute tasks safely.
