Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship/technical qualification in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering (EQF Level 3+ or equivalent).
• Demonstrable offshore wind (or equivalent heavy industry) maintenance experience; Siemens platform exposure preferred.
• Current offshore medical (e.g., OGUK/ENG1) and fitness assessments.
• Competence working at height and in confined spaces, with strong troubleshooting capability.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on Siemens offshore wind turbines in accordance with OEM procedures and site work instructions.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems; perform component replacement and functional testing.
• WT2: Lead small work packs; support major component exchanges under supervision.
• WT3: Plan and lead major component exchanges, oversee lift plans and authorisations, and verify reinstatement to service.
• Adhere to all HSE standards (GWO, OEM, client, and site‑specific), including dynamic risk assessments and permit‑to‑work.
• Complete accurate service reports, NCRs, punch lists, and parts usage in CMMS (SAP/OMS).
• WT3: Lead safety briefings, perform quality checks, and champion continuous improvement.
