Job summary
The Green Recruitment Company is supporting a range of leading offshore wind developers, marine contractors, EPCs and installation specialists across the UK and Europe. We are looking to speak with experienced Project Engineers who have a background in offshore wind transport and installation and are interested in contract opportunities across upcoming projects.

Qualifications
- Experience in offshore wind transport and installation.
- Knowledge of offshore construction methodologies.
- Willingness to travel offshore or internationally where required.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of offshore transport and installation campaigns.
- Develop engineering documentation, work packs, lift plans and installation procedures.
- Coordinate with vessel crews, offshore teams, subcontractors and client representatives.
- Assist with mobilisation and demobilisation activities.
- Manage interfaces between engineering, marine operations, HSE and project management teams.
- Review technical documentation, risk assessments and method statements.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.

- Experience working with developers, OEMs or major marine contractors.
- Willingness to travel offshore or internationally where required.
