Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a Team Leader for wind turbine installation across European projects. The role requires leading on-site installation teams, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring adherence to OEM procedures and project schedules.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, experience in turbine installation, and a solid safety mindset, with fluency in English and a track record of delivering on multi-site wind projects.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead installation teams on wind projects.
• Strong knowledge of turbine installation, mechanical and electrical works.
• Experience coordinating daily installation tasks and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise installation teams on site.
• Plan, coordinate, and delegate daily installation activities.
• Ensure all work complies with OEM procedures, work instructions, and project schedules.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure site compliance.
• Support technicians with technical issues and installation challenges.
• Monitor quality standards and project progress.
• Complete project reporting and documentation.
• Mentor and develop installation technicians.
• Coordinate with Installation Coordinators and project management.
