Job summary

Swire Renewable Energy is seeking an experienced Onshore Facilities Manager to support the Onshore Wind Project in the UK. The role involves overseeing daily onshore facilities, coordinating maintenance and ensuring safe and efficient project support.

Key requirements include proven facilities management experience, contractor oversight, and a valid GWO BST certification. The position is based in the UK with UK work eligibility, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management, site management or operational coordination.
• Experience managing contractors, maintenance schedules and facility-related services.
• Valid GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) certification, including all required modules.
• Working knowledge of UK health and safety requirements.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in the UK with the legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation, maintenance and readiness of onshore facilities.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections and repairs.
• Supervise contractors, suppliers and external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, procedures and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with onshore teams, logistics and project management to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections and facility performance.
• Support resource planning, procurement and facility-related cost control.
• Act as main contact for day-to-day onshore facility matters.
