WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead onshore renewable energy projects across the UK, with a focus on wind and repowering initiatives. You will guide multidisciplinary teams through feasibility, optioneering, consenting, detailed design, procurement, construction and handover, delivering safely, efficiently and within budget.

The role requires managing interfaces with clients, landowners, planning authorities, regulatory bodies and grid operators, while mentoring junior staff and

Competenze

• Degree qualified in Engineering or Project Management.
• Chartered Engineer or equivalent accreditation desirable.
• PM qualification such as APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP beneficial.
• Experience delivering renewable energy infrastructure projects, especially onshore wind.
• Experience managing development to commissioning phases and budgets.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations, health and safety requirements.

• Lead renewable energy projects from feasibility through construction and operation.
• Manage scope, programme, budget, risk, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, environmental and planning teams.
