Job summary

Swire Renewable Energy seeks an experienced Onshore Facilities Manager to oversee daily onshore facility operations for the UK wind project. You will coordinate maintenance, plan inspections, and manage contractors, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong organisational skills, English proficiency, and a UK work right. Based in the UK, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable site performance and cost-effective facilities support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management, site management or operational coordination.
• Experience managing contractors, maintenance schedules and facility-related services.
• Valid GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) certification, including all required modules.
• Working knowledge of UK health and safety requirements.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in the UK with the legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation, maintenance and operational readiness of onshore facilities.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections and repairs.
• Supervise contractors, suppliers and external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company procedures and project-specific requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with onshore teams, logistics and project management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections and facility performance.
• Support resource planning, procurement and facility-related cost control.
• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day onshore facility matters.
