Job summary

Mint Selection is seeking an experienced wind development professional to lead a portfolio of onshore wind projects in the UK. This hybrid role requires active progression through planning, consent and ready-to-build stage, with direct interaction with landowners and consultants.

You will manage planning applications, EIA coordination, budgeting, and engage communities and authorities to shape the company’s wind strategy.

Qualifications

• Onshore wind development experience essential.
• Experience taking UK wind projects through planning and consent.
• Experience negotiating land agreements with landowners.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of onshore wind projects through planning and consent to ready-to-build.
• Manage planning applications, EIA, coordinating environmental and technical consultants, programme and budget.
• Negotiate land agreements and manage landowner relationships alongside internal acquisition teams.
• Engage communities, planning authorities and statutory consultees, and help set the business's approach to wind.
