Job summary

EDF power solutions is seeking an Prepare for Operations Manager to guide the performance, safety and optimisation of our onshore wind portfolio. You will be part of the Onshore Asset Ops Leadership Team, bridging Asset Management and Development to ensure seamless transitions and robust operational readiness.

The role requires strong project management and commercial experience, with the ability to negotiate contracts and drive cross-functional collaboration across UK sites and operations

Qualifications

• Background in the onshore wind industry with operational asset management experience (O&M readiness).
• Strong project management and organisational skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Commercial and contractual experience; ability to negotiate and present recommendations on terms and sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Onshore Wind Asset Ops Leadership Team and bridge between Asset Management/Operations and Development/Construction & Strategy.
• Ensure operations strategies align with project pipelines and investment cases.
• Oversee readiness to operate, manage project risks, and ensure smooth transitions from development to operations.
