Job summary

Coast Renewable Services in Dundee is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee both onshore and offshore activities within our Service and Construction division.

You will coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics; manage projects from inception to completion; and support HSEQ requirements, liaising with customers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

This role is based in our Dundee office, with Monday to Friday hours and an on-call weekend rota.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to manage travel, accommodation, and logistics.
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure work scopes and deadlines are met.
• Identify scheduling clashes and operational risks.
• Maintain staff training records and certifications.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics.
• Support HSEQ compliance processes.
• Assist with recruitment and staffing requirements.
• Coordinate labour hire requests from customers.
• Assist pre-mobilisation and demobilisation requirements.
• Liaise with customers on timelines and daily operations.
• Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Arrange vehicles, PPE and equipment for technicians.
• Perform general administrative duties.
