Job summary

Dron & Dickson is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support electrical maintenance, inspection and project activities across offshore contracts, based in Aberdeen or Stirling. You will link clients, offshore teams and internal departments to ensure safe, efficient, contract-compliant delivery.

The role combines project planning, cost control, technical oversight and people management, with opportunities for professional development within a growing offshore portfolio.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 2 or NC in Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience coordinating industrial/electrical/offshore projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver projects; liaise with clients and planning teams.
• Coordinate offshore and onshore activities to support delivery.
• Manage project activities per contract; monitor KPIs and reporting.
• Prepare progress reports; manage timesheets and invoices.
• Maintain HSEQ documentation and competency records.
• Provide technical project support and guidance.
• Travel as required.
