Job summary

Morrisons is seeking an Online Team Leader to guide a busy online order operation in Blyth. You will lead, support, and coordinate a team of colleagues to ensure each order is picked, packed, and dispatched on time, while delivering a high level of customer service.

You will coach the team, streamline processes, and build cross-functional relationships across the store, driving performance, safety, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong operational knowledge of online order routines.
• Experience coaching teams to meet deadlines and KPIs.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships across the store.
