Asda Stores Ltd is seeking an Online Manager to lead the day-to-day online operation in Weston-super-Mare. You will manage the in-store online team, ensuring high availability, efficient rota planning, and strong customer service, while driving accuracy in picking and on-time deliveries.

The role requires strategic execution of trading activities on the shopfloor, coaching staff, and delivering measurable improvements in online performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
• Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-store online operation, ensuring smooth daily running and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee rota planning and resource validation for pickers and drivers to sustain accuracy.
• Drive shrink agenda with structured processes and data-led decisions.
