Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd. is seeking an Online Manager for Weston-super-Mare to lead the online store operation, coach the team, and drive available stock and order accuracy.

You will manage rota planning, ensure drivers and pickers are well resourced, and uphold high customer service standards in a busy in-store online environment. The role requires experience in online retail management, strong organisational and leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to shift patterns including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Strong organisational skills and customer service focus.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage the online store team to maintain high availability and accuracy.
• Plan and validate resource and rota to ensure picking and driver coverage.
• Drive continuous improvement in online operations and shrink reduction through data-led decisions.
