You will lead a team, plan rotas, and deliver strong customer service while managing online shrink and driving continuous improvements across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience as team leader/manager in online retail.
• Strong focus on availability, metrics and KRAs.
• Ability to plan and optimise picker and driver resources.
• Proven change management and resilience development.

• Oversee online operation in-store and ensure delivery of online service.
• Plan and optimise rota for picker and driver resources.
• Drive picking accuracy and shrink reduction across the online operation.
