As a visible leader, you will coach shoppers and drivers, drive KPI performance, and collaborate across managers to optimise shopping experiences. Early starts (04:00–08:00) are typical for online operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver strong customer service and coach others.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and operational targets.
