Job summary

West College Scotland is inviting applications for a temporary, one-year role to provide an online cross-campus service across Clydebank, Greenock and Paisley. You will handle sensitive information in compliance with GDPR and work with students, staff and external partners.

Candidates should hold a SCQF Level 5 qualification in Business, IT or Administration and have experience in data management and a curriculum support service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

• Experience in managing data electronically.
• Experience in a curriculum support service function.
• Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide an online cross-campus service to students, staff and external stakeholders.
• Process and deal with sensitive and confidential information submitted by students.
• Communicate and liaise with other college departments and external stakeholders regarding services.
