The University of the West of Scotland is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our Registry team at Paisley Campus. The role supports student records, enrolment, graduations, and international visa compliance, working within established procedures to process information from enrolment to graduation.
The post holder will provide a high level of service across campuses, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork and customer-focused guidance within a busy office environment.

Salary: Grade 3 £25,804 - £27,319 per annum
Full time: 35 hours per week
Fixed Term: 12 months
Unfortunately, this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship in line with Home Office requirements. Applicants will therefore be unable to secure a Skilled Worker visa for this role and will require an alternative source of right to work in the UK.
The University of West of Scotland is recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our Registry team. Within this role the successful applicant will provide a high level of service to students and staff across all campuses in relation to Registry functions which include student records, enrolment support, graduations and international student visa compliance.
The post holder will proactively work within a set of defined procedures to efficiently process information required for the effective handling of student records and the progression of a student from enrolment to graduation.
