Qualifications

• Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered ready for delivery or where substitutions are needed

Responsibilities

• Using a handset that plans your route around the store and tells you what to pick and how long you have to complete each shop
• Processing orders and helping to load the vans for Home Delivery Drivers
• Always ready to serve customers, answer questions and proactively offer help
• Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations
• Work flexibly across the store as required
