Sainsbury's is seeking an Online Store Manager to plan and orchestrate the delivery of an online picking and delivery team, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for online and in-store customers.

You will lead a large team of shoppers and drivers, coaching performance and coordinating scheduling and payroll. This role collaborates with store management to optimise the customer journey every day.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Operational leadership with responsibility for store operations in absence of senior managers.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding KPIs across sales, availability, or customer metrics.
• Experience managing employee relations issues including performance and absenteeism.

Responsibilities
