Sainsbury's is seeking an online store manager to lead the in-store online delivery team and a group of shoppers and drivers. You will coach staff, drive KPI performance and ensure smooth retail operations both online and in-store.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering brilliant customer service and coaching teams to do the same.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment with strong performance drive.
• Ability to meet KPIs across sales availability and customer satisfaction.
• Experience managing employee relations issues including performance and absence management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and orchestrate delivery of an online picking and delivery team to support in-store online service.
• Be a visible leader, coaching a large team of shoppers and drivers for a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure a positive overall store shopping experience.
• Manage performance, scheduling, and pay to ensure accuracy and compliance.
