Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking a Lead Online Manager to drive the online delivery operation and lead a team of managers to ensure on-time deliveries and high performance. The role focuses on data-driven decision making, process compliance, and planning for key trading events.

You will coach a team, manage scheduling and employee relations, and work with the store leadership to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using data to drive performance and KPIs.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and build high-performing cultures.
• Strong people management including performance, absence and disciplinaries.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to improve operational KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Direct a small team of managers to deliver the online delivery operation of the supermarket and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Review data and ensure compliance with processes and procedures.
• Plan for upcoming key trading activities with store leadership.
• Oversee overnight store operations, coaching for high standards and efficiency.
• Manage pay, scheduling, training, communication and employee relations.
