Join Our Team as an Online Assistant This Festive Season

Be our magic ingredient this Christmas as an Online Assistant by helping to pick and deliver online customer orders to their doorsteps. This fast-paced, hands-on role involves making good food joyful for our customers and spreading seasonal cheer. There’s no better time to join us and help millions of customers prepare for their celebrations!

As an Online Assistant, you could be on the shop floor selecting the best quality products for our customers or working in our online warehouse supporting customer queries, processing orders at the tills, or assisting our online drivers with loading vans to ensure timely deliveries.

Whichever area you work in, you'll take pride in doing the right thing for our customers and have a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable working with new technology and staying active, including lifting and moving shopping containers up to 15kg.

Note: Many roles are temporary over the festive period, but there may also be permanent opportunities. Please check the contract type and hours before applying to ensure the role suits you.

Eligibility: If shifts include hours before 6am or after 11pm, you must be at least 18 years old.

Minimum Requirements: Pass the school leaver’s age for your country, as per local regulations.
