Job summary

South Gloucestershire Council is seeking a One Stop Shop Customer Care Officer in Kingswood to deliver responsive frontline service to residents. This temporary, full-time role offers an hourly rate of £14.14 and a start date on 2 November.

You will handle inquiries at the first point of contact, verify information, update records, and guide customers through digital self-service options while upholding council policies and data privacy.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in frontline service delivery.
• Understanding of legislation, regulations and codes of practice.
• Proficient IT skills with CRM systems.
