As a Customer Service Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same. You will play an important role in the day-to-day operations by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments, and helping maintain the store’s appearance.

The role focuses on serving customers with passion and pride, encouraging feedback, working across all store areas, ensuring safety, participating in community events, understanding store performance, and following policies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

If the store has a Post Office Local, duties will include day-to-day operations of the post office, including background checks.
