About the role

In this role, you will greet and welcome customers warmly, engage with them to understand their shopping needs, sell the right products, and ensure their shopping experience is excellent.

You will need to provide exceptional customer service, be a team player, maintain the store's appearance, ensure shelves are stocked, and promote our services.

You will need

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude
• Listen and talk with customers to understand their needs
• Help customers find products
• Be knowledgeable about our products and services
• Be punctual, smartly dressed, and ready to serve
• Think responsibly when serving age-restricted products
• Work as part of a team to complete store duties
• If applicable, complete a criminal record check for post office duties
