Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is recruiting an ambitious medical or business graduate for a surgical sales representative role. You will drive new business and manage existing customers in an established territory, using a consultative approach in operating room environments.

Qualifications

• Ambitious graduate with some medical or surgical sales exposure.
• Knowledge of NHS purchasing and processes.
• First-class networker and relationship-builder.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business generation (80%) and develop existing customers (20%) in an established territory.
• Operate within an operating room environment with a consultative approach.
• Prepare quotations and demonstrate equipment.
• Full training, development and mentoring provided.
