Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Surgical Medical Sales Representative to drive new business for oncology implants in the South-West region. The role involves a highly consultative approach, largely in operating rooms, with training and a structured development path.

You will cover a territory including South-West England and Wales, with prospects across surgeons and hospital clinicians. A strong NHS exposure and network are advantageous, and the company offers training and ongoing

Qualifications

• Ambitious medical or business graduate with some surgical sales exposure, or an established medical or surgical sales representative.
• Knowledge of NHS purchasing and processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business generation (80%) and develop existing customers (20%) in an established, high-potential territory.
• Consultative sales approach based within an operating room environment.
• Preparation of quotations and demonstration of equipment.
• Full training, development and mentoring provided.
• Visit fairs and congresses to maximise awareness of our brand portfolio.
