Wallace Hind Selection LTD is recruiting a Surgical Medical Sales Representative to promote oncology implant products across a strategic UK territory. The role blends consultative sales inside operating-room environments with full training and a personalised development plan to accelerate progression.

You will drive new business and nurture existing accounts, supported by a formal training program and clear career progression pathways in a high-growth medical devices company.

Qualifications

Ambitious medical or business graduate with some surgical sales exposure.
Knowledge of NHS purchasing processes.
First-class networking and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Drive new business generation (80%) and develop existing customers (20%) in a high-potential territory.
Operate in a consultative selling environment within operating rooms.
Prepare quotations and demonstrate equipment to clinicians.
Engage in fairs and congresses to raise brand awareness.
