Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is recruiting for an ambitious medical or business graduate with surgical sales exposure to progress in oncology hospital sales. The role offers a clear training path and a personalised development plan within a high-potential territory.

You will drive new business and develop existing customers in a consultative, operating-room environment, with full training and ongoing mentoring provided.

Qualifications

• Ambitious medical or business graduate with some surgical sales exposure.
• Knowledge of NHS purchasing and processes.
• First-class networker and relationship-builder.
• Seeking progression in Oncology surgical hospital sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business generation (80%) and develop existing customers (20%).
• Operate in an operating room environment with consultative sales.
• Prepare quotations and demonstrate equipment.
• Full training and mentoring provided.
• Attend fairs and congresses to boost brand awareness.
