Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking an ambitious medical or business graduate with surgical sales exposure to promote leading oncologic surgical implants. You will be trained and mentored in a consultative, operating-room setting.

Expect full training, a personalised development plan, and a strong commission structure with uncapped earning potential. Location includes South-West and Wales with flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• Must have medical or business degree with some surgical sales exposure.
• Experience in medical or surgical sales is advantageous.
• Knowledge of NHS purchasing processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business generation (80%) and develop existing customers (20%) in a high-potential territory.
• Operate in a consultative sales environment within operating rooms.
• Prepare quotations and demonstrate equipment to clients.
• Receive full training, development and mentoring.
• Represent the brand at fairs and congresses to maximise awareness.
