Wallace Hind Selection LTD is recruiting a Surgical Medical Sales Representative/ Territory Sales Manager. A medical or business graduate with some surgical sales exposure is ideal, as you’ll be selling oncology implant products and receive full training with a personalised development plan.

You will drive new business (80%) and nurture existing customers (20%) in a high-potential territory, with an uncapped commission, company car option, pension, and flexible remote working.

Qualifications

• Ambitious medical or business graduate with some surgical sales exposure.
• Knowledge of NHS purchasing and processes.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business generation (80%) and develop existing customers (20%), in an established, high-potential territory.
• Operate in a consultative manner within an operating room environment.
• Prepare quotations and demonstrate equipment.
• Full training, development and mentoring provided.
• Visit fairs and congresses to maximise awareness of the brand portfolio.
