This temporary Onboarding Specialist (German Speaking) role in Brighton runs six to nine months, with possible extension, offering up to £17.03 hourly. Working 35 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, the post supports a FTSE 100 credit card company, combining office presence with remote work across the UK. The successful candidate becomes the primary contact for corporate clients, guiding them through their first experience of an industry-leading onboarding process. Fluency in German and English is essential, alongside strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Responsibilities include consulting with Global Commercial clients, managing enquiries, and ensuring smooth transitions.
